Development Team Leader, Paul Bell

Paul joined Kenelm Systems in 1993, having previously worked for several years in IT. He very quickly became an enthusiast for the Progress language and database, and has since worked on many applications, including sales, purchase, and administration systems for a range of businesses. He has also developed sophisticated suites of enquiries to enable clients to drill down into their business data in a wide variety of ways.

Apart from his work directly in Progress, Paul has developed links to other applications. Using Microsoft Automation he has linked Progress applications to Office modules, such as Excel and Access, and has used EDI to allow a Progress sales system to obtain data from weighbridges, using the Avery Weight for Windows application.
